Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Angel Glow Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Angel Glow Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


International Shipping (Optional)

International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Angel Glow Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue to receive assistance.
